To make the book look like a 3D printed piece, three different sized books were bound together. The additive binding process also represents how 3D printing works, which is additive manufacturing.

Since this book focuses on the usage of 3D printing in the architectural field, I used narrowed columns and repeating type elements in the book to show the technical and mechanical process in both 3D printing and architecture. Hand-written type and illustrations aim to mimic architects' sketches.
